[Closed]Notice of Open Recruitment of the Financial Market Unit of Bank of China Head Office

Due to business development, the Financial Market Unit of Bank of China Head Office is now open for public recruitment of five intermediate and senior professional, technical talents.

I. Positions Offered

1. Senior managers (bond underwriting): Within the scope of business authorization, organize the underwriting of bonds and control the risks involved according to the specific business process, including product design, marketing in coordination with the customer relationship department, admission and execution of projects, registration, communication and coordination with competent authorities, management of information disclosure during the duration, monitoring of trading price fluctuations of debt financing instruments, investigation of issuers' risks in coordination with the customer relationship department, other work assigned by the persons in charge (bond underwriting).

2. Managers (bond underwriting): Within the scope of business authorization, responsible for specific marketing management, product design and project admission according to the business process of bond underwriting, execution of projects, preparation of fund-raising prospectuses, communication with the regulatory authorities and management works during the duration; management of information disclosure during the duration, monitoring of trading price fluctuations of debt financing instruments, investigation of issuers' risks in coordination with the customer relationship department and the like.

The work location for the above positions is Xidan Office of Bank of China Head Office in Xicheng District, Beijing.

II. Qualifications

1. Law-abiding, honest and earnest, with good personal quality and professional ethics, but no records of bad behaviors; in confirmation of Bank of China's corporate culture and values, willing to perform employee obligations and job responsibilities according to requirements of the Head Office and relevant departments.

2. 35 years old or below (born after July, 1975); Bachelor's degree or above (specifically for regular course education or graduate program); diploma certification by the Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange of the Ministry of Education is required for overseas candidates. Those with a master's degree are preferential.

3. Accounting, finance, MBA, economic management or other relevant majors, with a solid theoretical foundation of accounting or financial business.

4. Candidates are required to have at least four years of experience in accounting, finance, corporate risk assessment or relevant fields for the post of managers; at least five years of experience in the above major fields for the post of senior managers.

5. Candidates are required to be experienced in capital, corporate or risk business and familiar with business and operation of the bank. Those with work experience in rating, underwriting or the Big Four accounting firms are preferential.

6. Strong sense of responsibility and passion for work, good communication skills and teamwork spirit.

7. CET 6 or above with a good command of English.

8. Good capabilities in writing and oral expression and high skills of computer application.

9. In good health and with the ability to work under high pressure.

10. In compliance with Bank of China's nepotism avoidance clauses.
