Bank of China Stable Benefit Wealth Management Plan


 

Introduction

Bank of China stable benefit wealth management scheme is a low risk financial products series launched by Bank of China, with the first adoption of the standard asset management mode within the domestic commercial bank of China. The Investment objective of this series is to reduce investment risk with sound strategy, and seek to obtain more stable investment returns. The investment scope includes fund trust products with high degree and government bonds, financial bonds, central bank bills in nationwide inter-bank bond market.

Features

1. High expected investment return: the expected annual investment return rate is higher than the current time deposit interest rate in the corresponding period;

2. Low credit risk: the product invests in the funds trust projects with high credit rating and government bonds, financial bonds, central bank bills;

3. No subscription fees: Save investment cost for investors;

Target Customers

Individual clients and institutional customers

Application Qualifications

1. Individual investors: For individual investors, the minimum subscription amount should be RMB 100,000. Besides, the investors need to have certain economic knowledge and risk awareness.

2. Institutional investors: For institutional investors, the minimum subscription amount should be RMB 3 million. Companies would have strong requirements for capital security, low liquid claim, high risk consciousness, and better arrangement of the funds' future use.

Process

1. According to the term sheets published by Bank of China, upon full understanding of product benefits and risks, investors can subscribe for each product during the period in designated outlets of Bank of China with valid credentials.

2. Before the subscription of products, individual investors need to sign Bank of China Assets Management General Agreement and institutional investors need to sign Bank of China RMB Trusted Assets Management General Agreement. The general agreement and the product manual will define the rights and obligations between customers and Bank of China in details.
