The board of directors (the “Board”) of Bank of China Limited is pleased to announce the poll results of the 2012 fi rst extraordinary general meeting of the Bank (the “Meeting”) held on Friday, 6 January 2012 at the Multi-function Hall, B2, Bank of China Head Offi ce Building, No. 1 Fuxingmen Nei Dajie, Xicheng District, Beijing, the People’s Republic of China (the “PRC”).
