China's First RMB and JPY Dual Currency Credit Card

Basic Introduction: In March 2005, Bank of China and Japan JCB International Credit Card Company co-issued Bank of China JCB Credit Card in Shanghai and subsequently extended the issuance nationwide. As the first RMB and JPY dual currency credit card in China in line with international standards, it not only had the basic financial functions of a credit card, but also provided plenty of value-added services and points-for-gift programs. In the JPY consumption areas, Yen settlements could be done by using the JCB card and payment made by exchanging RMB into JPY, saving considerable troubles and foreign exchange loss for customers going to Japan. Meanwhile, JCB Japan International Credit Card Company also provided a variety of overseas services and assistance to the cardholder. |
