NI Bing joined the Bank of China in 1999. From July 1999 to November 2005, he successively served as Officer, Deputy Section Chief, and Deputy Section Chief (Acting Head) in the Risk Management Department of the Bank of China Guangdong Branch. From November 2005 to October 2008, he successively served as Team Leader and Senior Risk Manager in the Risk Management Department of the Bank of China Guangdong Branch.From October 2008 to December 2013, he served as Deputy President of Nansha Sub-Branch, Bank of China Guangdong Branch. From December 2013 to March 2015, he served as Deputy General Manager of the Credit Review and Approval Center of Bank of China Guangdong Branch.From March 2015 to April 2019, he served as Head of the Banking Department of Bank of China New Zealand. From April 2019 to January 2025, he successively served as Head of the Risk Management Department of Bank of China Sydney Branch and State Manager of Bank of China Melbourne Branch.In March 2025, he was appointed Assistant President of Bank of China Luanda Branch, and since June 2026, he has served as President of Bank of China Luanda Branch.NI Bing graduated from Zhejiang University in 1999 with a degree in International Finance and obtained a master's degree from South China University of Technology in 2014.

XU Yang
Assistant President

Xu Yang joined the Bank of China in 2006. From July 2006 to June 2012, he served as Product Manager in the International Settlement Department of Bank of China Gansu Branch. From June 2012 to September 2015, he served as Client Manager in Corporate Banking Department II of Bank of China Paris Branch, responsible for international settlement department. From October 2015 to August 2020, he successively served as Deputy Supervisor, Supervisor, and Assistant Geneal Manager of the Trade Finance Department and Transaction Banking Department of Bank of China Gansu Branch. From August 2020 to April 2023, he served as President of Bank of China Dunhuang Sub-Branch. From April 2023 to January 2026, he successively served as Deputy General and General manager of the Transaction Banking Department of Bank of China Gansu Branch. Since August 2026, he has served as Assistant President of Bank of China Luanda Branch. Xu Yang graduated from Lanzhou Jiaotong University in 2006 with a bachelor's degree in English and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Lanzhou University in 2013. He also holds the Certificate for Specialists in Demand Guarantees (CSDG), issued by The London Institute of Banking & Finance.
