Notice on the Implementation of the New Version of the Savings, Investment, and Term Deposit Accounts Terms and Conditions (Eff.28/2/2025) and the Revision of the Current Version (Eff.28/3/2025)

Dear Customers,
Please be advised that the new version of the Bank of China Limited, Sydney Branch’s Savings, Investment, and Term Deposit Accounts Terms and Conditions (Terms and Conditions, see Attachment 1) dated 28 February 2025 will take effect for new customers starting from 28 February 2025.
For customers covered under the current version of the Savings, Investment, and Term Deposit Accounts Terms and Conditions (dated November 9, 2023), we have revised the existing version to align its content with the new version (see Attachment 2 for details of the adjustments), and the revised version will take effect on March 28, 2025.
