Dear Customers,
Please be advised that effective from 31 March 2026, the Bank of China (Australia) Limited’s Account Access Methods Terms and Conditions (BOCAL Account Access Methods Terms and Conditions) dated 28 February 2025 will be updated.
These changes are being made to reflect important changes to our services, including that we will no longer be able to provide personal cheque accounts to individual customers, or bank cheques to either individual or non-individual bank customers. We have also made some amendments to reflect changes to functionality of our products including our debit cards. Please refer to the pdf file attached for details of the changes.
