Dear Customers,
Please be advised that effective from 31 March 2026, the Bank of China (Australia) Limited’s Transactional and At Call Account Terms and Conditions (BOCAL Transactional and At Call Account Terms and Conditions) dated 28 February 2025 will be updated.
These changes are being made to reflect important changes to our services, including that we will no longer be able to provide personal cheque accounts to individual customers, or bank cheques to our individual or non-individual customers. There are also some cash restrictions for deposits and withdrawals for account denominated in HKD. Please refer to the pdf file attached for details of the changes.
