Please be advised that effective from 31 March 2026, the Bank of China (Australia) Limited’s Schedule of Fees and Charges Terms and Conditions (BOCAL Schedule of Fees and Charges Terms and Conditions) dated 31 March 2026 will be updated.
These changes are being made to reflect important changes to our services, including that we will no longer be able to provide personal cheque accounts or bank cheques to our personal bank customers, and we will no longer provide certain foreign currency note withdrawals (HKD, JPY and EUR). Please refer to the pdf file attached for details of the changes.
