Notice of Changes to Safe Deposit Box Hire Fees (Effective from 12 October 2026)

Dear customer,
Bank of China (Australia) Limited (Bank) is increasing certain Safe Deposit Box Hire Fees. The new Fees are set out below and will apply from 12/10/2026, subject to the terms and conditions applying to your Safe Deposit Box:

| Appointment of Attorney by Power of Attorney (Inc. GST) | AUD66.00 per Attorney |
| Overdue Payment Fee 1 | AUD60.00 per Box |
| Overdue Payment Fee 2 | AUD100.00 per Box |
| Box Freeze Fee (Inc. GST) | AUD33.00 per Box |
| Quarterly Record of Box Access – over 3 years | AUD20.00 per Box per quarterly record |
*A margin of variation of less than 10mm applies to each Box Type.
For existing hirers, an increase to the Annual Hire Fee will apply from the next anniversary of the Commencement Date occurring on or after 12/10/2026. The increase will not apply to any period for which the Annual Hire Fee has already been paid.
Only those fees and charges identified above are changing as a result of this notice.
The new fees and charges will apply from 12/10/2026 in accordance with the terms and conditions that apply to your Safe Deposit Box Hire.
