Bank of China (Europe) S.A. Brussels Branch is now open for recruitment of IT Operational Support. The recruitment details are as follows:

I. Positions Offered: IT Operational Support

Function：As a part of a successful and growing international team, you will work as first-line IT Operational Support within our Business Management Department.

II. Key Responsibilities

(1) Configuring, monitoring, maintaining and troubleshooting workstations, computer systems and networks.

(2) Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues. Ensure all issues are properly logged.

(3) Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.

(4) Create and maintain internal user domain accounts and E-mail accounts.

(5) Manage IT assets.

(6) Other conditions required by the position.

III. Profile

(1)A degree in a relevant field, like Computer Science, IT or Software Engineering. Microsoft, Cisco certification is a plus.

(2)With Excellent problem solving and communication skills, relevant working experience in banking sector is a plus.

(3)Fluent in Chinese, English, French or Dutch is a plus.

(4)Hands-on experience with Windows OS environments.

(5)Team player with security mind-set.

(6)Open to cross-cultural environment.

(7)Eager to learn, autonomous, organized.
