Bank of China (Europe) S.A. Brussels Branch is now open for recruitment of Clearing Assistant. The recruitment details are as follows:

I. Positions Offered: Clearing Assistant

Function：As a part of a successful and growing international team, you will mainly work on fundamental Clearing and Operational tasks within our back-office.

II. Key Responsibilities

(1) Processing outward and inward payments in an accurate and timely manner.

(2) Performing daily operational duties e.g. internal account monitoring, swift message investigation, reconciliation outstanding analyzing, etc.

(3) Monitoring inward and outward funds and executing funds transfer.

(4) Financial markets settlement e.g. FX transactions.

(5) Assisting with regulatory financial report and projects.

(6) Assisting other teams.

III. Profile

(1) A Bachelor or Master degree in finance, accounting, economics, etc

(2) Working experience in the bank sector is a plus

(3) Fluent in Chinese, English, the French/ the Dutch is a plus

(4) Eager to learn, autonomous, organized, attention to detail

(5) Team player, result-oriented and open to cross-cultural environment
