Transfer and Remittance

Introduction

Corporate online banking transfer and remittance refers to operations such as commissioning, authorization and modification of transfer and remittance carried out by the operator of the enterprise according to the mode of operation authorization settled.

Functions

1. Single transaction: The corporate online banking operator can conduct a single transfer or remittance to other accounts from the corporate account which the operator has been authorized to operate through the corporate online banking. When making a single transaction, the payee information should be set at first;

2. Batch transactions: By importing a designed file, transfer and remittance transactions can be generated in batches which make it more convenient and efficient for corporate customers in order to process multiple transfer and remittance at once;

3. Business modification: modify the transfer or remittance transactions that have been submitted but not approved by checker or authorization which can be resubmitted after modification in order to reduce the tediousness of repeated input;

4. Business authorization: Transfer or remittance transactions shall be approved by authorized operator(s). After the authorization, the transaction is final submitted. If the authorization is rejected, the transaction can be modified and resubmitted or revoked in the "Modify" function;

5. Business revocation: revoke the business that has an error or needs to be revoked;

6. Inquiry: You can inquire about online bank transfer and remittance transaction information within one year through a combination of one or more inquiry conditions.

Bank of China Brussels Branch Corporate Online Banking provides you with 7*24 hours of service, but transactions involving remittance and exchange are only provided during the working hours of Bank of China Brussels Branch.

Tips

1. Check carefully when maintaining the payee information, so as to avoid funds transferred by mistakes;

2. When using the single transaction application, the payee information must be maintained in the "Service Settings" first;

3. When using the batch transaction, please download the batch template in the "Convenience Service" first;

4. When applying for opening corporate online banking, please determine the authorization mode by the corporate operation;

5. Corporate online banking provides multiple authorization modes such as single-level authorization, multi-level authorization, disorderly authorization, and orderly authorization to meet the needs of the corporate management.
