The Credit Card Support Analyst will assist the Credit Card Team in conducting credit check, approval and collection. The role is also responsible for maintaining the credit card and POS services running smoothly.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES
• Provide a broad range of analytical and research support
• Complete specific tasks including financial statement and data analysis, due diligence. Analysts will develop their skills through on the job training and mentoring.
• Appropriately identify any relevant changes in the financial condition for the business or individual client.
• Assist with due diligence activities and support supervisor with regard to activities of internal business units, including Operation Department and Risk Management.
• Provide sound, timely, and clear recommendations to credit facilities through thorough analysis and well-executed interpretation of relevant financial, industry, business, and market information.
• Work with Credit Bureau system and MasterCard Online system.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration or economics
• 1 + related experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and applications (Word, Excel, PPT etc.)
• Sound knowledge of credit card products and POS Terminal business
• Solid understanding of banking industry, sensitive about the market factors
• Strong analytical skills including experience in analyzing financial statements in order to assess credit risks
• Ability to research and monitor large volumes of information from various sources, to gather data and perform analyses on an ongoing basis
• Professional written and verbal communication in English and good interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to deal with multiple and sometimes conflicting demands and time constraints
• Adaptability and flexibility to deal with a rapidly changing environment.
