Job Title: Call Center Customer Service Representative

Job Location: Markham, ON

Positions Available:  1-2

Application Deadline: June 8th, 2014

Position Summary:

As a front line call center customer service representative, you will play a critical role in delivering great customer experience for customers calling BOCC to do business over the phone. You will be expected to build, maintain and enhance relationships with our clients through carefully listening to their needs, offering optimal solutions and recommending suitable products and services.

Responsibilities:

•Providing excellent customer service by responding to customer calls in a courteous and professional manner

•Providing detailed and factual responses and advice to customers over the phone relating to their banking needs

•Identifying and resolving customer complaints by offering feasible solutions to achieve mutually satisfactory results

•Maintaining professional demeanor at all times in support of customer satisfaction

•Fulfilling customers’ needs and expectations in a way that complies with the bank’s policies and procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent oral communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (over the telephone and in person);

• Excellent customer service skills with a minimum of 2 years experience ;

•Desire to develop and grow in a fast-paced environment 

•Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

•Strong problem solving skills with ability to positively influence others;

• Sales and service oriented with a demonstrated ability to proactively spot sales opportunities and deliver excellent customer service;

• Proficient in relevant computer applications;

• Solid multi-tasking abilities;

• Punctual and committed to work schedules;
