Job Title: IT Technical support – 10 Month Contract (March – December)
Job Location: Vancouver Branch, BC
Position accountabilities：
- Provide end-user computers from computer hardware/software install, system maintenance and user profile setup
- Perform backup on servers
- Perform printer maintenance and ensure all the equipments work at their best performance
- Perform maintenance for network from Cisco router, switch to T1, ISDN, Ethernet
- Perform maintenance for anti-virus server, make sure all user update virus definition everyday
- Perform maintenance on internal WEB site, FTP and other web application service
- Perform maintenance for telephone system, user terminal setup
- Co-ordinate with American Data Center to support the banking system
Required qualifications:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in network and business environment.
- Experience on supporting an end user environment
- Detail-oriented, hard-working, and have a strong sense of responsibilities
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Abilities to troubleshoot and fix problems quickly when they occur
- Qualification such as MCP and MCSA. preferred
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is essential
