Location: Montreal Branch, QC
Report to: Branch Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
- Accomplish the banking daily transaction including business account opening, term deposit, clearing checks, foreign exchange, money transfer and other business transactions.
- Office administration including the documents filing, keeping the office environment tidy and organized, answering client’s questions by phone
- Managing the public relationship between the Bank and external stakeholders.
- Assisting account manager on information and documents collection, market research, financial analysis and credit application.
- Assisting account manager on credit file update and conducting annual credit reviews.
- Assisting account manager on meeting and marketing potential business clients.
- Assisting account manager on preparation and execution of account-related social events and marketing campaigns, including deliver presentations to clients.
- Assisting account manager to identify opportunities for business expansion and product enhancements of existing client business based on client feedback and competitive market analysis.
- Closely engage into the product development process in collaboration with other team members and cross functional teams.
Job Specification
- Relevant undergraduate or above education with Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English;
- Excellent financial analysis skills, market and information research skill;
- High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office tools;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and work accurately within deadlines;
- Adaptability and flexibility to deal with a rapidly changing environment;
- Solid multi-tasking abilities;
- Possess a valid driver’s licence is preferred.
