Risk Analyst (June 2018)

Report to: Head of Risk Management Department

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct data analysis on the Bank's portfolio, and prepare various periodic and ad hoc credit reports;
• Maintain the Bank's credit risk management reporting system(s) by inputting and updating credit risk related information on daily basis;
• Register and review credit submissions to ensure the sound quality and compliances with all requirements;
• Correspondence and communicate with internal & external outside professionals for all credit risk reporting related issues;
• As secretary for a number of risk management committees to organize committee meetings and prepare the meeting documents / minutes;
• Other duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Qualifications:

• Over 1 year full time work experience in BOCC;
• The performance grade for the last two years with one B+ or A is preferred;
• Post-secondary education with Diploma/Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or Economics, Statistics;
• High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and applications, VBA programming and SQL programming skills are definite assets;
• Effective verbal and written communication skills;
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills;
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and work accurately within deadlines;
• Adaptability and flexibility to deal with a rapidly changing environment;
• Accuracy and attention to detail;
• Fluency in Chinese will be an asset.
