Service Description

Transfer and remittance refer to the entrustment, authorization, and modification of transfer and remittance transactions of the corporate account under the corporate operator according to his/her authority to operate the account and the function.

Functions

1.Entrustment: An operator of corporate online banking can operate entrusted transfer and remittance of the corporate account within his/her authority to other accounts through BOC online banking. When making a single entrustment, the payee and the relevant transfer and remittance information are required.

2.Business modification: For business to be modified due to operation error, authorization failure and other types of reasons, corporate customers can modify the corresponding business to reduce repeated inputs.

3.Business authorization: The operator of corporate online banking can authorize the transaction through BOC online banking. If the authorization is approved, the transaction will be formally issued; if the authorization is rejected, the transaction can be modified and re-submitted or withdrawn in the “Modification”.

4.Business withdrawn: Corporate customers can withdraw the business with error or to be withdrawn.

Service Time

BOC (Canada) corporate online banking provides you with services of 7*24 hours. However, transactions involving exchange rates are only available during the business hours of BOC (Canada).
