Generally speaking, you may require the issuance of a certificate to confirm your account balance for the following purposes: 

·　 To extend or apply for a new student visa

·　 To fulfil the signing of a residential home rental agreement

·　 To satisfy an inquiry from the government

·　 All other reasons requiring to provide information on your account balance

Target customers

It is only available to customer who has account with Bank of China (Canada).

Process

The customer goes through relevant procedures at any branches of Bank of China (Canada) with relevant identity documents.

Required Identity Documents

Two pieces of ID required, and one must be a photo ID (e.g. passport, permanent residence card, citizenship card, or valid driver’s license issued from Canadian governments and etc.)
