Service Times of NetBank Transactions

Type of Transaction The Bank receives instruction from NetBank(Prague Time) When the Bank process the NetBank instruction(Prague Time) Cut-off times of instruction processing(Prague Time)
Transfer to another account of the client (Same Currency) within BOC Prague Branch 24 hours a day, 7 days a week Processing the instruction, debiting the paying account and crediting the receiving account on the same business day  
Transfer to or from the client’s fixed time deposit account within BOC Prague Branch 24 hours a day 7 days a week Processing the instruction, debiting the paying account and crediting the receiving account on the same business day  
Transfer to another account of the client (Cross-Currencies) within BOC Prague Branch 9:00 - 16:00 on business day Processing the instruction, debiting the paying account and crediting the receiving account on the same business day 16:00 p.m. on business day  
Transfer to an account of a third person within BOC Prague Branch (Same Currency) 24 hours a day 7 days a week Processing the instruction, debiting the paying account and crediting the receiving account on the same business day  
Transfer to an account of a third person within BOC Prague Branch (Cross-Currencies) 9:00 - 16:00 on business day Processing the instruction, debiting the paying account and crediting the receiving account on the same business day 16:00 p.m. on business day  
Remittance USD/EUR to other Banks (Same currency) 24 hours a day 7 days a week Processing the instruction and debiting the account on the same business day, releasing on day T+2   16:00 p.m.  on business day  
Remittance USD/EUR to other banks (Cross-Currencies) 9:00 - 16:00 on business day Processing the instruction and debiting the account on the same business day, releasing on day T+2   16:00 p.m. on business day  

Notice:

Instructions accepted by the Bank after cut-off times and /or on weekends and holidays will be considered as accepted on the next Business Day:

Day T: same day;

Day T+1: next business day;

Day T+2: “spot”, meaning the second Business Day after the Business Day when the instruction is accepted by the Bank.

Customers may check, download or print present-day or historical transaction records of accounts, present-day or historical balance records of accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
