[Closed]Notice Of Open Recruitment of the Personal Finance Unit

Due to business needs, the Personal Finance Unit of Bank of China Head Office is now open for public recruitment of two technical managers.

I. Positions Offered

1. One Technical Manager (Card Issuing Application).

2. One Technical Manager (Core Exchange).

II. Job Description

1. Major responsibilities

(1) Technical Manager (Card Issuing Application): according to the needs in personal financial service, responsible for centralized management of cards issued and project management to ensure the card products meet service development.

(2) Technical Manager (Core Exchange): organize the planning process in the research and development of core exchange system applications, budgeting, project approval and overall arrangement in project implementation, and resolve technical issues concerning the core exchange system.

2. Work location

Bank of China Shangdi Office in Haidian District, Beijing.

3. Other information

Bank of China offers competitive compensation and benefits. Once employed, the candidate will sign a employment contract with Bank of China Head Office.

III. Qualifications

1. Educational background: Management engineering or computer related majors with Bachelor's degree or above from higher education institutions (specifically for regular course education or graduate program).

2. Age: 35 or below.

3. Work experiences:

  • experienced in software development, test and management for 4 years or more;
  • preferable to be experienced in software engineering and IT project management of financial software application;
  • relevant qualification certificates, such as PMP, are preferable.

4. Technical Manager (Card Issuing Application) should be familiar with the structure of product applications of major card issuing system and the credit card operational process. Technical Manager (Core Exchange) should be familiar with the application architecture of the core exchange system, the bank cards back office clearing process and the credit card operational process. 

5. Good command of English: CET 4 or above;

6. Strong sense of responsibility and passion for work, good communication skills and teamwork spirit; sufficient computer skills for IT project management; proficiency in MS Office skills.
