Accessibility Statement
Pursuant to Act XVII of 2022 on Equal Opportunities and Recommendation 6/2025 of the Hungarian National Bank, financial service providers must ensure equal access to financial services for clients with disabilities. In this context, financial service providers are required to demonstrate how equal access to financial services is provided and which services are available.
In compliance with the above regulatory requirements, Bank of China (CEE) Ltd. published its “Accessibility Statement” on the Bank’s website on September 5th, 2025 (see attachment for details) and correspondingly revised the “General Guide to Consumer Customers.”
