Notice on Providing Services of Selecting and Switching to Preferential Accounts for Retail Customers (from October 10th, 2025)

Dear Customers,
To further safeguard the rights and interests of our customers, our bank proactively responds to the initiative of the Hungarian National Bank and the Hungarian Banking Association to reduce retail banking service fees. Starting from October 10th, 2025, our bank will aid our retail customers in selecting preferential accounts, including providing relevant information on account services, a link to the account cost calculator on the Hungarian National Bank’s website, and online account closure services through the interbank system. These measures aim to reduce your financial service charges.
