Based on the applications from the Customers, the bank may issue balance certificate of the account, certificate of incoming remittance, certificate of currency exchange, SWIFT/GIRO/VIBER or other certificates.

Procedure

After a balance certificate of account is issued, the instructions of transactions for debiting that account will not be carried out on the same day.
The account holder or the authorized person can apply for certificates at the counters of the bank with valid ID.
