The bank offers fax business services based on the request of Customer. The account holder signs a fax business contract with the bank, and then for certain non-cash transactions the Customer needs not to come to the bank, the account holder can send related instructions by fax.

The bank makes arrangements for fax business only with the account holder and accepts only his/her instructions by fax.
