Such service means that the Customer instructs the bank to remit the money to the payee abroad. The bank provides the remittance service in USD, EUR and in CNY.

Procedure:

The Customer provides the name, address and the account number (if it is an account with a bank in the EU, supplies IBAN account number) of the payee, the name and SWIFT number of the beneficiary’s bank.

For paper-based instruction, the holder or the authorized person of the account can submit it at the counter of the bank in person with valid identity documents. The account holder can also send a fax instruction if he/she has signed a fax business contract with the bank. The Customer may also handle remittance through NetBank.
