Corporate Time deposit

Introduction

Corporate time deposit is a form of deposit issued by Bank of China Limited Colombo Branch for our corporate customers for temporary idle funds. When deposit is withdrawn upon maturity the interest will be calculated according to the interest rate decided at the time of account opening.

Product Features

1.Having higher interest rate than savings deposits.

2.Not account service fee will be charged.

3.There are few deposit terms can be chosen by the Customers. Please log in to the Bank of China Limited Colombo Branch web site for the deposit terms and rates.

4.Customer can select whether to renew the deposit at the maturity automatically and also can withdraw a part of the deposit amount or full amount in advance.

Reminder

Due to the changes of rates occurred in the foreign currency market, the foreign currency deposits need to bear the certain exchange rate risk.

Currently we are not accepting the foreign currency cash deposits and withdrawals.
