Accessibility Declaration

The Bank continuously works to make its online banking services accessible to all customers, in accordance with the European Accessibility Act [EAA, Directive (EU) 2019/882] and the Luxembourg Law of 8 of March 2023, on accessibility requirements for products and services.

Services covered

The web banking (BOC Net) and mobile-app (BOC Mobile Banking Overseas) are designed to be accessible to all customers, including those with disabilities. In order to ensure accessibility of the web banking and mobile-app the Bank has taken concrete measures in this respect such as high contrast features, scalable text, keyboard friendly navigation and screen-reader optimization.

Ensuring accessible services

The Bank continuously monitors services in order to ensure that they remain accessible to customers irrespective of their physical abilities. The Bank aims to continue to improve the accessibility of their platform to offer an inclusive service.

Accessible support
