Report to: Banking Checker

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Customer Account Verification(Local & Offshore Companies)
• Processing of Account Opening Applications and instructions from Clients.
• Processing of transactions for the Banking Department (such as Outward & Inward Remittance Applications , MACSS Transfers, Foreign Exchange , Term Deposits).
• Perform ongoing reviews and transaction monitoring of the accounts.
• Responsible for management of mails, publicity and any other task assigned by the Head of the Department

Job Requirements:

• A recognised University Degree in Banking & Finance , Business Management, Accountancy, Economics or relevant professional qualifications.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant banking experience (Back Office & Front-Line)
• Good communication skills in Mandarin Language so as to communicate effectively with our China counterpart and Chinese-speaking customers.
• Excellent team player with good communication and problem solving skills
• Analytical mind , able to work independently , possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledgeable of KYC Procedures
• Good knowledge of SWIFT
• Proficient in MS Office
