II. Duties and Responsibilities:
For IT Officer
1. Construction, installation and maintenance of the IT system and devices; maintenance of server room; operating system installation, network installation, IT system installation and all systems environment of daily operation and maintenance etc.;
2. Communication and coordination between the bank and external agencies (local supervision, other banks, and taxation department), internal institutions (head office, inner departments) of the information technology related work.
3. Management of software development of internal use system; organization UAT testing, system switching testing, and system launching, final year accounts’ IT related work.
4. Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the bank.
5. IT risk management, performing regular security checks, making disaster recovery plan and performing drills tests.
6. Managing and reporting on allocation of IT budget; making recommendations on purchases for all workstations, printers, and other computer hardware and software for the bank.
7. Any other duties as may be assigned by management.
For Client Relationship Manager
1. Responsible for exploring the corporate or financial institution customers, launching the
marketing events, striving to expand the customer group and assisting to realize the annual performance indicators according to the specified marketing plan and strategy of the department;
2. Responsible to collect the documents from clients for account opening and amendment,
conducting due diligence work and review accordingly;
3. Responsible for visiting and contacting with the customers on a regular basis, collecting, gathering and analyzing the information on demands of the corporate customers for corporate banking business and products, properly providing the customers with quality and efficient services;
4. Responsible for working out the customer credit plan if any according to the development status of the concerned industries;
5. Other tasks assigned by the general manager of the department.
III. Job Requirement:
For IT Officer
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other relevant degree from a recognized University.
2. Minimum of two (2) years' experience in related positions normally required
3. Fluent written and spoken English; fluent Mandarin Chinese for communication with Chinese speakers.
For Client Relationship Manager
1. University graduate or above
2. Minimum 3 years relevant commercial banking or management company’s experience.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Strong sense of responsibility.
5. Be fluent in English and French, fluency in Mandarin Chinese and financial analysis ability is considered an added asset.
