I. Job information

II. Duties and Responsibilities:

1.Developing audit plan and implementing audit project inspections, revealing business risks, and making suggestions for improvement.

2.Assessing the effectiveness of internal control, risk management and corporate governance, and recommending improvement action.

3.Reporting to Audit Committee and management the findings, and following up the rectification actions.

4.Maintaining good communication with Regulatory Authority and External Auditor.

5.Any other duties as may be assigned by management.

III. Job Requirement:

1.Bachelor’s degree or above required.

2.Minimum 2 years relevant commercial banking or external audit experience.

3.CIA, CAMS or CISA strongly preferred. Other relevant certifications will be considered.

4.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong sense of responsibility.

5.Be fluent in English and French, fluency in Mandarin Chinese is considered an added asset.
