II. Duties and Responsibilities:

For Trader

1. It shall be responsible for working out the development strategy, business planning and annual working plan for financial market business of the Bank, and organizing the implementation of those plans.

2. It shall be responsible for the transactions and operation of financial business of the Bank, including exchange rate transaction, interest rate transaction, monetary market, derivative transaction and other businesses, and providing the customers and other internal departments with quotations for products and services and operating the global market.

3. It shall be responsible for the pricing, quotation, sales support of the products, as well as research and development, launch, promotion and management of new products, formulating the rules, regulations and operating procedures for all businesses and urging the implementation of those rules, regulations and operating procedures.

4. It shall be responsible for tracking the fluctuations in transactions in the global market, studying the changes of political and economic policies of all countries on the market trend.

5. It shall be responsible for assistance to the Financial Operation Department for the management of the bank's own fund pool, implements the policies of the bank's asset and liability management, fully utilizes the external market to control the bank's liquidity exposure, interest rate exposure and foreign exchange exposure through the unified allocation and centralized operation of bank funds.

6. Other tasks assigned by the General Manager of the department.

For Trade Finance Officer

1. Responsible for trade product management, customer marketing and business processing of various products of the trade finance. Such as cooperate with the client manager, participate in the marketing and promotion of customers' trade financing products, provide customers with trade financing solutions, and assist the client manager in the initiation of trade financing credit. Develop forfaiting, risk participation, letter of guarantee, letter of credit and other businesses. Trade finance business processing.

2. Responsible for the statistics and analysis of the trade finance.

3. Responsible for the anti-money laundering review of remittances under trade.

4. Other tasks assigned by the General Manager of the department.

III.Job Requirement:

1. University graduate or above

2. Minimum 3 years relevant commercial banking or management company’s experience.

3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

4. Strong sense of responsibility.

5. Be fluent in English and French, fluency in Mandarin Chinese and financial analysis ability is considered an added asset.
