Corporate Current Deposit
Introduction
Current deposit is a saving method enabling corporate customers to withdraw their funds deposited in Bank of China at any time without agreement on deposit term.
Features
1. Customers can make cash and spot exchange deposit or withdrawal in EUR, USD and RMB;
2. Certain amount of account management fee will be collected based on the specific conditions of customers (free for the top-class customers);
3. Current deposit account can be used for the remittance and transfer of corporate customers within or outside European Union.
Interest Accrual
The settlement of interest of current deposit is based on the agreed interest rate and actual saving days and the method of interest accrual can be determined through negotiation as required by customers when they handle the deposit procedures.

Tips
Corporate customers need to present the following materials for opening current account in Bank of China:
1. Complete account application forms (original copy);
2. Verified duplicate of certificate of incorporation or business license of customer's company;
3. Verified duplicate of memorandum of association or articles of association of customer's company;
4. Resolution of board of directors on applying for and using bank account;
5. Signature samples of all directors as well as signature samples and signatory methods of all authorized signatories;
6. Roster of current directors, sectaries, executives and shareholders;
7. Specification of company's ownership structure;
8. Photocopies of identity documents of shareholders and authorized signatories of the company.
