To provide you with better and more secure services, our bank has completed an upgrade of the email system and has introduced a new email domain: "@nz.bank-of-china.com."

Prior to the upgrade, our bank used two email domains: "@bank-of-china.com" and "@bankofchina.com."   Following the upgrade, email accounts under the "@bank-of-china.com" domain will be gradually deactivated starting from 9 March 2026.

Email accounts under the "@bankofchina.com" domain will remain unchanged and continue to operate as normal.
