Without prejudice to the provisions of the following paragraph, in the case of a claim or litigation arising from the rendering of payment services of a value equal to or lower than the jurisdiction of the lower courts, the Client may resort to extrajudicial dispute resolution entities to which the Bank has Adhered.

The parties accept the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the District of Lisbon in respect of all litigations emerging from the banking relationship.
