Bank of China Limited Qatar Financial Centre Branch (“Bank of China QFC Branch”, “the Bank” or “BOCQ”, QFC Number 00408) was established on 13 December 2017 (registered on August 7, 2017 with Qatar Financial Centre Authority). Bank of China QFC Branch is authorized by the Qatar Financial Centre Regulatory Authority for its offshore-onshore banking license, benefiting from the comparative advantages of policies such as zero foreign exchange charge and low tax rate.
Following closely the strategic goal of “building a first-class global banking group”, Bank of China QFC Branch will bring advantages of the Bank of China Limited (“the Group”) into full play in cross-border services, building bridge for financial cooperation.
