Please be advised that the Telephone Banking number ‘5569’ is a toll-free number for Bank of China (Zambia) Limited. You can use Telephone Banking by dialing the phone number ‘5569’ to enquire on the latest Foreign Exchange Rate.
After dialing the number ‘5569’, you will be prompted with the following:
- Option‘1’for English and option‘3’ for Chinese,
- Followed by ‘1’for Self-Service,
- And ‘9’for telephone roaming Service,
- If you choose Self-Service, i.e. option ’1’, you will be prompted with the following:
- Option‘1’ for Personal Financial Service,
- Option‘2’for Company Financial Service,
- And option ‘6’for Financial Information Service. With option ‘6’, you can enquire on the latest Foreign Exchange Rate.
If you want to check your balance by telephone, kindly request for this feature to be activated on your account by signing the Telephone Banking Service Agreement at the front desk.
