Notes:
1. This table is the tariff of corporate international settlement services.
2. RMB is the charge unit prescribed by Bank of China in this tariff, and Bank of China can accept RMB or its equivalent foreign exchange. When collection is paid in equivalent foreign exchange, the amount of such foreign exchange will be calculated at the bid rate quoted by Bank of China at the same day;
3. Bank of China will simply charge the entrusting party unless otherwise agreed;
4. Commissions charged by overseas banks due to business shall be collected at the actual expenses;
5. The prices listed above are the base prices. Bank of China has rights to make adjustments according to differences in customers' credit status, level of trading risk and the complexity of businesses;
6. Various fees of certification issuance shall be charged separately;
7. For other corporate settlement services items offered by Bank of China and their detailed charge rates, please contact the counters of Bank of China, or call customer service hotline at 95566;
8. These service prices are formulated on the basis of Interim Measures for the Management of the Service Prices of Commercial Banks which is promulgated by the China Banking Regulatory Commission and the National Development and Reform Commission;
9. Bank of China reserves the right of final decision regarding these service prices.
