Introduction
Export Hui Li Da refers to the business that Bank of China handles export finance based on the customer's export receivable as pledge under export settlement. Meanwhile, the customer is requested to handle a forward purchase of foreign exchange in Bank of China and to repay the payment financing amount when Bank of China returns the margin. The business consists of three parts: foreign currency margin, payment financing and forward purchase of foreign exchange.

Process
1. Sign with Bank of China the General Agreement on Forward Settlement and Sale of Foreign Exchange, RMB and Foreign Currency Swap and the General Agreement on Margin Pledge;
2. Submit application for forward exchange, materials of settlement and sale of foreign exchange and other documents required.
3. Sign with Bank of China the Financing Contract of Export Hui Li Da and provide full foreign currency margin as pledge;
4. Get export finance from Bank of China;
5. On the settlement date of forward exchange, Bank of China will release the foreign currency margin and pay the principal and interest of export finance. The balance, if any, will be returned to customers.
