Bank of China new stock value-add wealth management plan is a new financial product series launched by the Bank of China. The wealth management plan invests in the funds trust plan with subscription for new shares as its core purpose, the investment direction includes IPOs, the additional subscription of shares and the newly issued convertible bonds, detachable bonds, central bank bills, to get access to capital appreciation with sound policy.

Process
1. Currently when the RMB trust financial products sold through the fund distribution system for the first time, it is needed to open a fund trading account; use related voucher of investment funds in transaction, but there are no facts and legal relations between the products and investment funds. In addition, in the subscription can only choose cash dividends to be the way of dividends;
2. Before the subscription of products, investors only need to sign Bank of China Limited RMB Trust Management General Agreement for one time, there's no need to sign the agreement again when handling the standard RMB trust financial products business in the future; As product manual is an important part of wealth management plan documents, investors need to sign (individual) or signature (institutions) in all of product manualwhen they invest in specific financial products.
