In order to better our customer service, Bank of China will perform system upgrade in early October, 2009. Online Banking Scheduled Transactions will face the following influences:
1. The processing of Scheduled transfers or remittances transactions related to accounts opened at BOC Hebei Branch which are set between Oct 4th and Oct 7th, 2009 will be suspended.
2. Due to the influence of the relevant system of the People’s Bank of China, the processing of scheduled Domestic Cross-bank Remittance set between Oct 1st and Oct 7th, 2009 will be suspended, and the processing of scheduled Domestic Cross-bank Remittance over RMB 20,000 set on Oct 8th, 2009 will also be suspended.
To avoid the above problems, please pay attention to the following suggestions:
1. Please don’t submit scheduled transactions related to accounts opened at BOC Hebei Branch set between Oct 4th and Oct 7th, 2009.
2. Please don’t submit scheduled Domestic Cross-bank Remittance transactions set between Oct 1st and Oct 7th, 2009, and don’t submit scheduled Domestic Cross-bank Remittance over RMB 20,000 set on Oct 8th, 2009 as well.
3. If you have submitted such scheduled transactions, please cancel these transactions trough online banking system before 0:00 on the execute date. We suggest that you submit immediate transactions or change the execute dates of scheduled transactions.
