尊敬的网上银行客户：
为向广大客户提供更为完善的银行服务，我行将于北京时间2月中旬进行银行系统升级。受系统升级影响，海外网上银行将于北京时间2010年2月18日0：00至5：00暂停服务。此外，北京时间2010年2月17日20：00至2月20日9：00期间汇往中国银行河北省分行账户的转账汇款将延迟处理。
