Annual Report on Bank of China's July 2016 Offshore Green Bond

In July 2016, Bank of China issued Green Bonds in the offshore market through its Luxemburg Branch and New York Branch. As stated in the Offering Circular and Bank of China Green Bond Management Statement, we hereby release the Annual Report on this Green Bonds, as well as the Use of Proceeds Attestation Report and Assurance Report issued by Ernst & Young.
