Annual Report on Bank of China's November 2016 China Green Covered Bond

In November 2016, Bank of China issued China Green Covered Bond in the offshore market through its London Branch. As stated in the Offering Circular and Bank of China Green Bond Management Statement, we hereby release the Annual Report on this Green Covered Bonds, as well as the Use of Proceeds Attestation Report and Assurance Report issued by Ernst & Young.
