Statement on the Use of Proceeds of Bank of China’s Offshore Green Bonds (as of 31st Dec., 2017)

Bank of China Limited (“BOC”) hereby confirms that as of December 31^st 2017, the proceeds of BOC’s 3 offshore Green Bonds is allocated in alignment with Bank of China Limited Green Bond Management Statement. As long as BOC’s Green Bonds are outstanding, more detailed information on the allocation of proceeds and the environmental performance will be disclosed on BOC’s official website prior to the end of April each year.
