In July 2016, Bank of China issued Green Bonds in the offshore market through its Luxemburg Branch and New York Branch, In November 2016, Bank of China issued China Green Covered Bond in the offshore market through its London Branch, In November 2017, Bank of China issued Climate Bond in the offshore market through its Paris Branch. As stated in the Offering Circulars and Bank of China Green Bond Management Statements, we hereby release the Annual Report on this three Green Bonds, as well as the Use of Proceeds Attestation Report and Assurance Report issued by Ernst & Young.
