Bank of China Limited (“BOC”) hereby confirms that as of June 30th 2021, the proceeds of BOC’s Offshore Transition Bonds are allocated in alignment with Bank of China Limited Transition Bonds Management Statement. As long as BOC’s Transition Bonds are outstanding, more detailed information on the allocation of proceeds and the environmental performance will be disclosed on BOC’s official website prior to the end of April each year.
