The Board of Directors of the Bank approved the appointment of Mr. Pan Yuehan as the Chief Risk Officer of the Bank on 29 October 2015, China Banking Regulatory Commission has approved the appointment of Mr. Pan Yuehan.
Mr. Pan Yuehan has begun to serve as the Chief Risk Officer of the Bank from 20 April 2016.
The biographic details of Mr. Pan Yuehan are as follows:
Mr. Pan Yuehan, born in 1964, joined the Bank in 1984. Mr. Pan served as the General Manager of the Shanghai Branch of the Bank from March 2011 to November 2015, and concurrently served as the Vice President of Shanghai RMB Trading Unit of the Bank from March 2012 to November 2015.Mr. Pan also served as General Manager of the Suzhou Branch of the Bank from April 2009 to March 2011, before which he served as the Vice General Manager and Chief Financial Officer of the Jiangsu Branch. He obtained a Master’s degree from China Europe International Business School in 2008.
