Introduction
Current all-in-one account refers to an integrated current deposit account, where you only need a passbook to handle personal demand deposits in RMB and multiple foreign currencies at the same time with a clear saving status, and you can experience many convenient services at ease. RMB current deposit can be divided into RMB personal current savings account and personal RMB settlement account.
Features
1. Deposit and withdrawal as well as deposit and withdrawal processed at any branch bank in RMB and multiple foreign currencies. These foreign currencies include: USD, EUR, JPY, HKD, GBP, CAD, AUD, CHF, SGD,MOP (limited to Guangdong Province only),KRW (limited to Jilin Province only);
2. Transfers between the customer and others; (For foreign currencies, please see relevant web pages)
3. Domestic and overseas remittance and automatic posting;
4. It is necessary to reserve passwords before deposit and withdrawal processed at any branch bank (same as below)
Settlement function (limited to personal settlement accounts)
1. Apply for and use Great Wall \Debit Card;
2. Start E-channel services like phone banking, Online banking and SMS notice;
3. Handle investment and wealth management services like Wai Hui Bao, investment funds, T-bonds, insurance, third party custody and B-share banking/securities transfer, etc.;
4. Wage payroll, pension and insurance compensation payment;
5. Agency payment for utilities like telephone, mobile phone, water, electricity and gas, etc.;
6. ATM withdrawal, consumption at relevant merchants, etc.
Target Customers
It is applicable to all the PRC residents, residents of Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, expatriates residing in and outside the PRC, Chinese of foreign nationality and overseas Chinese with their valid identity documents approved by the real-name system.
Process
The customer goes through relevant procedures at the counter of any branches of Bank of China with relevant identity documents.
Required Identity Documents
1. Chinese citizens
Chinese nationals at the age of 16 and above shall present resident ID cards/temporary ID cards.
As for Chinese nationals under the age of 16, their guardians shall open personal bank accounts on their behalf and shall submit valid identity documents of the guardians as well as the resident ID cards or Hukou books of the account holders (if the foregoing documents cannot effectively prove the guardianship between the guardians and the account holders, the guardians shall submit valid guardianship certificate at the same time).
Soldiers and armed police who haven't applied for resident ID cards can present military ID cards and armed police ID cards.
Overseas Chinese with Chinese nationality residing in or outside PRC may present China passports.
2. Residents of Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan
Re-entry permit/mainland travel permit for Taiwan residents/or other valid travel passes.
3. Foreign nationals (expatriates, Chinese of foreign nationality and overseas Chinese)
Passport/Chinese passport held by overseas Chinese/residence permit for expatriates.
Kind Reminder
1. Foreign currency banknotes deposited by an individual shall not exceed USD 5,000 each day (other foreign currencies equivalent to USD 5,000);
2. Foreign currency banknotes withdrawn by an individual shall not exceed USD 10,000 each day (other foreign currencies equivalent to USD 10,000);
3. If RMB cash withdrawn by an individual over the counter exceeds RMB 50,000 each day, he or she shall make reservations in advance;
4. The initial deposit amount for opening an account will be RMB 1 or the equivalent of RMB 100 in foreign currencies.
